Got a call from someone claiming to be from my telecom company saying there’s a new deal for my business. Turns out they weren’t from the provider we actually use. Felt like they were fishing for info to pull a scam or something. Really dodgy!

Got a ring from someone called Candice asking to talk to a director about the phone bills. I said he doesn't handle that stuff. She started going on about working with Openreach to swap out old fibre cables for copper ones. When I asked what company she was from, she said Calls Warehouse but insisted it wasn’t a sales pitch. Yeah right, sounded like a scam or sales call to me. Very sketchy and only shared bits of info when I pushed her.

I’ve recently had to put BT Call and Protect on my home phone because of loads of scam calls. Now, annoyingly, they’ve managed to get my mobile number too and keep bothering me. It’s so frustrating! Surely there’s some way to crack down on these scammers and stop them pestering innocent people? They’re nothing but low-life.

This number rang me earlier today, and a guy with a strong foreign accent said he was from BT. I was a bit skeptical and replied with "Oh, right?" Then he went on about some issue with my internet connection. Just as I was about to tell him we don’t actually use BT, he suddenly said something like "I am in," but I couldn't catch it clearly. I asked him to repeat himself, but before he could, he just ended the call.

I received a call claiming to be from BT, stating that they had a new offer for me. I requested their telephone number, but the woman on the line seemed surprised and questioned why I needed it. I informed her that I was busy at the moment and would call them back later, even though I already knew it wasn't actually BT. Frustrated by this fraudulent call, she angrily provided me with a number before abruptly hanging up. It's irritating that these deceptive calls are still happening frequently. I receive numerous calls like this in a day, which is extremely bothersome.

Had a call from someone saying "Candice" and they knew my name straight away. When I asked what company they were from, she just dropped the line on me! Sounds like a right scammer to me. Honestly, if it were down to me, these lot would be serving a serious jail sentence for a good decade or more.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from BT, who said they could offer me savings on my business calls. However, I expressed my skepticism about their identity as a representative of BT and their authority to contact me under GDPR regulations. In response, the person became rather impolite and abruptly ended the conversation. I strongly advise avoiding any further interactions with this individual, as they are definitely not representatives of BT.

So this number kept ringing with calls from some bloke named Jack, and I stayed calm even though it was quite a lot. But then, out of nowhere, he started swearing at me just because I said I wasn't interested in what he was offering. If anyone's running the show, they really should think about firing him.
