I received a phone call earlier today on the 19th of March, 2024. The person on the other end identified themselves as Tracy Jacobs, reaching out from the Government's Local Renewable Energy Scheme. She mentioned that our loft insulation, which had been installed sometime between 2008 and 2016, wasn’t up to standard and would be undergoing replacement. She also provided a contact number for their headquarters, which is 0800470097. Quite interesting!

Avoid Spray Foam Insulation at all costs! They’re nothing short of a scam. I've seen elderly folks get absolutely harassed by their aggressive tactics, with constant pressure to make an on-the-spot purchase. The staff’s attitude is shockingly disrespectful and patronising. It’s appalling behaviour!
