I attempted to contact ATS earlier today to address some problems I’m experiencing with their programme, but the number appears to be inactive. Over a year ago, I made the decision to invest nearly £6000 of my hard-earned money after being persuaded by Scott Evans and Mark Morrison. In addition, I forked out an extra £2000 to a company they suggested. Now, I’m left in the unfortunate position of lodging a complaint with Action Fraud, as I’m completely at a loss as to how I might reclaim any of the funds I’ve lost. This situation is utterly unacceptable, and it’s high time they faced consequences for their actions. I’m utterly heartbroken.

I spent a whole year with ATS, and when I finally asked for the refund they had guaranteed, it felt like they'd vanished into thin air. What a real letdown!

I've been receiving calls from them pretty much every single day, and they just wouldn't accept my refusals. Eventually, I caved in and put down £4500, but honestly, I've seen absolutely nothing in return. They really ought to take responsibility for their actions. All I've got from them are hollow assurances. Seriously, don’t fall into the trap like I did- steer clear at all costs!

I fell into the trap and handed over £5000 to ATS, and I've yet to see a penny of it again. My counsel to anyone contemplating parting with their hard-earned money is a resounding NO! Save yourself the heartache and steer clear!

My experience with ATS has been absolutely dismal, and I genuinely regret ever getting involved with them. It feels like I've been duped by a bunch of con artists who sprouted a load of empty promises, only to deliver absolutely zilch. It’s high time someone took action against these rogues and sorted out the mess, not to mention reclaiming the funds they’ve essentially pilfered.

ATS Trading appears to be operating without any online presence, lacking a company registration number in their communications, and there’s no trace of them on the VAT register either. It’s worth noting that they aren't listed with Companies House, which is crucial-especially when distinguishing them from a similarly named entity based in Middlesbrough. The entire situation gives off serious red flags akin to a Ponzi scheme. I strongly advise against getting entangled or parting with any funds, as it seems like a potential scam. To add to the concern, their listed address is merely that of a coworking space, the Mermaid Business Centre, indicating they don’t even possess their own office space. Best to steer clear!

A mate of mine received a flashy leaflet luring in prospective "clients" to ring up on an 0800 number; however, there's no website to be found!
A little digging online reveals that ATS Trading doesn’t seem to be a credible establishment in the slightest.
