Indeed, I got an email from SSE claiming I've an outstanding bill of £611, which struck me as odd since I rely on a smart meter. Very concerning! I’ve received a call from someone claiming I owe £1637 to SSE, my energy provider. However, I have a key meter, so this is utterly baffling!
