Got a call sayin’ it was Virgin Media, asked ’em to call me again but they never did. Now I’m thinkin’ it was probably a scam or summat fishy like that.

Had a really bad experience with Virgin Media. The staff were quite rude and didn’t seem to understand much. They should definitely hire operators who actually speak proper English. Switched over from TalkTalk because of their poor service.

I got a call from 08004089349, picked up but it was silent. Looked it up on Google and realised I should report it so others don't get caught out.
