Have you actually taken the time to delve into BT's official site lately? You'll find that 2Touch has connections with BT. In fact, BT provides training for individuals at 2Touch and collaborates closely with them. Why not give BT a call, bring up the company's name, and inquire once more? We're confident you'll discover the error in your understanding. Additionally, it’s important to note that 2Touch doesn't assert that these callers are directly linked to BT; rather, the assertion is that these individuals are reaching out on behalf of BT. So there you have it!

We're absolutely fed up with these callers. Since we work during the night, it's beyond frustrating to have them ring us up at all hours, particularly at dinner time. Strangely, they never seem to bother us on weekends, which is a small mercy. We’ve asked them repeatedly to stop, but it appears they’re either hard of hearing or just ignoring us completely. Honestly, they are a right pain!

They've been calling incessantly over the past month, but as soon as we answer, they just hang up. Quite baffling, really!

I received a call from someone claiming to be a representative of BT. The conversation went like this: Them: "Hello, this is [name] calling on behalf of BT. May I speak to Mr [Householder], please?" To which I responded: "Could you enlighten me about the purpose of your call?" Then they asked if I was Mr [Householder] and I reiterated, "Can I know the nature of the call?" There was a brief moment of silence, and they abruptly hung up without providing any information. Quite bewildering, I must say!

I received a call that came up when I dialled 1471. After a bit of digging, I landed on this site. I'm signed up with the Telephone Preference Service and also have BT's privacy option at home, which should mean I’m not supposed to receive any marketing calls. It appears, however, that BT seems to ignore their own guidelines. Quite frustrating, really!

It's truly astounding how incessantly these folks call! I had to give BT a bell to assure me they'd sort it out and stop them from bothering us, but given BT's reputation, I'm rather sceptical about that actually happening. Despite being registered to avoid marketing calls, we still get hounded. Honestly, it's frustrating and has left us feeling rather disillusioned. Where's the respect for our rights, if you ask me?

I'm currently dealing with these clueless individuals around six times a day. What a right bunch of muppets!

I just received a rather peculiar call that lasted a whole twenty minutes without a peep! From what I gather, it seems to be from a company called Two Touch, who are apparently acting on behalf of BT. When I tried ringing the number back, I was greeted by a pre-recorded message suggesting I contact BT at 0800 028 2272 if I wish to have my details removed from their database. Quite strange, isn't it? Seems like the Telephone Preference Service isn't quite cutting it anymore. Just to clarify, we only have the basic line rental, nothing more!

We've been receiving calls from this number time and again. Just got off the line with BT's Customer Services, and they've assured me that in the next 28 weeks, we should finally be rid of those pesky marketing calls, not just from them but from any other irritants as well. Fingers crossed! It’ll be absolutely brilliant when that day arrives. Here's hoping!

I’m here to convey a message we both understand. I intend to make numerous calls, but it's not my fault. Her setup doesn't deceive, especially when we can't sustain this, darling.

Called at 5:25 PM. We chose not to answer, and they didn’t leave a message either.

She introduced herself and mentioned she was calling on behalf of BT, claiming we were eligible for a variety of freebies (which, to be honest, I'm fairly certain we already receive). The moment she asked us to confirm our names, we decided to terminate the conversation. It struck us as odd because she didn't address us as Mrs . . and BT surely has our details on file. Throughout the call, there was a peculiar beeping sound. Honestly, what on earth are these callers hoping to achieve with such tactics?

I’ve been plagued by constant calls from this number. I contacted BT via their 0800 028 2272 helpline, and after much apologies from their side, they assured me that these annoyances would cease forthwith. Honestly, though, I’m skeptical; my guess is we’ll continue to receive these unwanted interruptions. I made it quite clear to them that these persistent calls are illegal, especially since I don’t even have a contract with BT! They acknowledged this and confirmed that such calls shouldn’t be happening in the first place.

Today, this number called us, but they managed to disguise their caller ID, so we only saw 08004082362 on our screen. Thankfully, 'Choose To Refuse' confirmed that the actual number is 01913354000. I've gone ahead and blocked it.

I've received multiple calls from this number, and each time we pick up, the caller just hangs up! Honestly, it doesn’t seem like I’m missing anything valuable based on what I've seen from others’ experiences.

In our opinion, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) aligns perfectly with your ideas regarding data protection. Companies that manage and utilise personal information ought to be properly accredited to ensure they adhere to established standards.

I've been feeling quite worn out at home lately, and for the past month, this number has been ringing me up at least four times a day. Finally, I decided to answer one of their relentless calls. When I confronted them about their scam that’s been making the rounds online, all they said was “oh, right” before they promptly hung up on me! It’s absolutely ridiculous!

Just received a couple of pestering phone calls from so-called BT representatives. We hung up straight away since we only take care of the line rental with them. What a nuisance!

On the 30th of June, at precisely 17:42, my phone started ringing. The caller claimed to be from BT, saying, "We understand you've had your BT line for a considerable period." I responded, "If you were truly BT, you would know the exact duration of our line." She parroted back, "That’s precisely what we mentioned. You’ve had your BT line for quite a while." Undeterred, I repeated my statement, only for her to abruptly hang up. And thus, yet another one bites the dust! 😂

We just received a call from this number moments ago. The instant we answered, there was a call waiting sound, much like we had dialled them ourselves. This led us to hang up and subsequently search for the number online, which ultimately directed us to this site.

I received three calls from this number in under ten seconds! These folks must be positively itching to have a chat! According to their website, 2Touch is all about managing customer lifecycles. They aim to boost revenue and profit while also fostering customer loyalty through some sort of brand engagement initiatives. So, that clears that up, doesn’t it?

I had a rather bothersome experience with a company called Two Touch, based in Sunderland. Their phone number is 0191525700. I had previously asked them to remove my details from their directory, and for a short spell, it seemed effective. However, not long after, the calls resumed, which prompted me to lodge another complaint. I hope this information proves useful to others in a similar predicament.
