It's rather intrusive, especially as they tend to ring me late in the evening-who on earth wants a sales pitch at 9pm on a Friday?! To make matters worse, when I courteously informed them that I wasn't keen and pointed out that they had already made the same offer not long ago, their tone turned a bit rude and confrontational.
