10 yearsI got tricked into signing up for something dodgy and ended up with a £4.50 charge on my account. I tried calling their number, but all I got was an answerphone, so I left a message. The next day, someone rang me back telling me my number was unsubscribed and that they’d send a code so I could claim a refund at the post office since they supposedly couldn’t put the money back into my account. Of course, the code never arrived, and now I can't get through to them on the phone at all. I'm also worried the call costs are going to add up and make things worse.
