So I got a call asking about a report on my accident, right? When I asked where it was from, they said the road traffic and accident department or something like that. It all sounded a bit fishy to me. Honestly, I wouldn’t bother answering this number!

If you're thinking about claiming ppi, be careful. Your lender might just take back the compensation by reducing any money you still owe them. Brunel still wants their cut, regardless of what you get paid out. They never bother to make this clear beforehand. Honestly, steer clear of this firm.
