I've been getting loads of calls from this number but when I pick up, no one talks. It's super annoying and distracting. Haven't been answering them lately because of it though.

Received two calls recently. The first one claimed to be from a government office about some debt I supposedly owe, but when I asked which department, they just ended the call. The second call was from a finance firm also about a debt. When I asked how they got my details, the guy said "from my manager." I just laughed and hung up. Smells like one of those prison scams to me.
