Someone came round the house claiming to be from OVO working for Morrisson data service to check our electricity meter. I asked to see some ID and took a photo of it. The name on the card was Adam Phillips with an ID number 528886 and the phone number 0800393499. When I searched that number online, it turns out it’s actually linked to Herts police. Can anyone tell me if I might have let a scammer into my home?
