Looks like they’re really struggling to find teachers now, probably because so many have (quite rightly) left thanks to how badly teachers have been treated throughout this pandemic! If you search ‘Teacher COVID deaths UK’ you’ll see how many fit young people have lost their lives after being made to work in classrooms during a worldwide health crisis. No way I’m risking my health or even worse just to work there. Also, I never agreed to you ringing me out of the blue trying to lure me back to teaching. Isn't that against GDPR or something?
