Allan Simmons was truly a complete disaster! Our carpet has ended up a dreadful shade of brown and has even been torn! The cleaning crew were incredibly rude and lacked any semblance of decorum. Best to steer clear of them, just as you would a nasty bout of the plague!

What a complete farce! Allan Simmons is truly a numpty! Our lovely carpet has ended up a horrid shade of brown and has been torn to shreds. The cleaners were incredibly rude and insufferable! I'd steer clear of this lot as if they were the Black Death itself! Truly appalling experience!
