4 yearsGot a phone call that I didn't expect, but weirdly it appeared as if I was the one who made the call.4 yearsI was convinced I was talking to a Kaspersky tech support agent. The man told me there was a fixed charge of £125 plus VAT for helping with my issue. He spent ages on my laptop before saying I had to have Windows 10 Pro to sort it out. I ended up paying £2.99 plus VAT for some kind of transferable package. Altogether, I got charged £504.00. The payment showed up on my credit card under the name AAR-SUN.COM. I tried calling them back but never got through. Kaspersky confirmed they never collect payments by phone. The “technician” sounded like he was working from home, with a child playing nearby in the background. When I called the next day to question the charge, I spoke to the same bloke who insisted he was someone else.KasperskyAARSubmit Your Own Report (0800 368 9316)
