Got a message from this number claiming my PPI claim was successful, which is odd since I never filed one. The text had an email address [email protected] and mentioned a big sum, something like £8,766. They say they’re a legal company based in Brighton on their website, but when I tried to find their landline number on Google, nothing showed up. Definitely looks like a scam to me.

So this morning I received an email claiming to be from PayPal about a dodgy payment that didn’t go through. The message told me to ring this number for help. I instantly blocked it though, because I’m pretty sure it’s a scam - I don’t even use PayPal!
