This company is a complete dodgy operation! When you dial the number, it claims that your three contract has hit its limit and demands you hit 'one' to cough up some dosh. Should you leave the line open, you're given no other alternatives or the opportunity to actually chat with someone from customer services. Instead, it just says, 'if you're not ready to pay, we're cutting you off.' It's quite ridiculous, really, especially considering I don't even have a contract with Three!

I'm pretty sure this is the 3 network loyalty team bothering loads of people. I've mentioned that any contracts around Leicester must have been sold wrongly, given the network's been out and won't be stable for at least another 4 days. I've said they're basically taking cash under false pretences since the service isn’t living up to the contract's promises, which is a clear breach.
