I’ve had Three as my provider for around four years now, and only just started getting calls from this number in the last couple of days - already twice today! I’m not great with all this tech stuff, but surely there’s a way to block calls like this? If there is, why isn’t Ofcom doing something about it? I’m paying for a contract, so I expect to get calls, but these seem off.

I actually rang up a nearby 3 shop and asked about that number. They told me it’s got no connection with Three at all. If it really were from Three, then they would’ve either left a voicemail or sent me a text message.

Im also a customer and decided to ring back the 08003584380. When i called it, they said it was just an offer they were making. They told me if i press 2, i can enter the number I want to stop getting calls on. So i put in my mobile number and hopefully i wont get calls there anymore. Mobile calls can be pricey so better to call from a landline and start with 141 before the 0800 number so it shows as a withheld number.

I’ve been getting calls from that number along with 08003854146 and 08003584602. Seems like 3 might have passed on our info to some marketing firms, which is super frustrating. I got a voicemail once where a lady just said, “hello, can you hear me?” Honestly, the best way to deal with it is to pick up and ask them to take you off their list - they’re legally bound to do it. If they bother you again after that, give 3 a ring and make a proper fuss about it!

I switched over to Three around three months ago and just today started getting calls, oddly enough. So far I’ve had three come through - one at 3:48pm, the next at 6:59pm, and another not long after at 7:11pm. They’re from two separate numbers mentioned earlier. I’ve already put both onto the auto-block list on my Galaxy S4, fingers crossed they don’t have a massive amount of different numbers otherwise I won’t be able to keep up blocking them all!
