I was previously sold on an upgrade that came with a complimentary phone. We’ve even asked them repeatedly to cease calling, yet the persistent ring just won’t let up.

We’ve clearly told them that we’ll pop into a store ourselves to sort out an upgrade when it suits us. Yet, lo and behold, a few weeks later they’re back at it again. When we were on Orange, we had similar nuisances from folks claiming to represent them, but when you pressed for details, it became clear they weren’t the real deal at all!
