I picked up the phone and there wasn't anyone on the other end, even though it was ringing.

Got a call from an 0800 number and the person just hung up straight away. Usually I wouldn’t think much of it since free numbers are safe, but something about it felt off. Maybe if you ring back it redirects you to a premium line and you get stung with a charge. Pretty sure it’s some kind of scam. I’d say don’t bother answering or calling back.

They rang me and said who they were but I had trouble hearing as I was trying to connect my bluetooth. When I asked them to say it again, the line just went dead.
