Absolutely spot on! It’s all about the customer re-engagement strategies from 1&1. Just to shed some light on this: these days, folks aren't really making the calls themselves. It's all handled by an automated system. When you pick up the phone, it connects you to 1&1. This is why there’s that noticeable delay before you start chatting. Now, if there happens to be no staff around at that moment, the machine will simply hang up and try again after a set interval. Quite a clever system, really!
