Ich erhalte ebenfalls eine Menge Anrufe von dieser Nummer, und ich kann mir beim besten Willen nicht erklären, was das Ganze soll. Es ist ziemlich ärgerlich, um ehrlich zu sein.

Welcher Typ das auch immer sein mag: Wenn er mehrmals anruft und dann aufhört, ohne dass man abhebt, hat das nicht unbedingt einen vertrauenswürdigen Eindruck. So sieht's bei uns jedenfalls aus. Es ist fast so, als würde er einen Streich spielen, selbst wenn man nicht wirklich ans Telefon gehen will.

Ich bekomme täglich drei Anrufe von dieser Nummer, aber jedes Mal legt die Person sofort auf, nachdem ich ans Telefon gehe. Hat jemand von euch schon mal ein Gespräch mit dieser Nummer geführt?

Call received: today, 19th April 2011. No message was left on the answering machine. I've tried calling back several times today, but all I get is a recorded message saying the lines are busy. It even suggested I leave a message! Honestly, this reeks of classic German scam tactics.

Ich habe herausgefunden, dass es sich hierbei um die Abonnementsabteilung der Stuttgarter Nachrichten handelt, die mit der Stuttgarter Zeitung verbunden ist. So zumindest ist meine Erfahrung.

Today, on the twenty-fourth of May, 2011, I received a pair of calls, but no messages were left. When I tried calling back, all I got was some plastic nonsense with no indication of the company or anything along those lines. They’re threatening to ring me again, though. If this lot really belong to the Swabian publication, I'd suggest we bury them along with Stuttgart 21, and that should put an end to the incessant ring of my phone.
