This number is certainly not the type to bombard one with calls twenty times a day without any reason. It's quite evident what their intentions are. However, due to the very loose and troublesome sharing of private customer information by so-called "appointed" call centres, we opted to terminate our contract with them. I can tolerate their nonsense for a single call at most; after that, I firmly let them know to cease their antics immediately.

Ich habe die Nummer 0800 33 01000 von der Telekom kontaktiert und um eine Verbindung zur Beschwerdestelle gebeten. Dort bestätigte mir ein Mitarbeiter, dass dies wahrscheinlich der Kundenservice sei, der herausfinden wollte, weshalb ich meine Leitung gekündigt habe. Ich forderte sie auf, diese Anrufe zu unterlassen. Die Dame meinte, sie würde eine Notiz hinterlassen und es würden keine weiteren Anrufe erfolgen. Mal schauen, ob dem wirklich so ist!

Ich werde mehrmals täglich von der Nummer 08003304166 kontaktiert. Als ich beim ersten Mal abgenommen habe, konnte ich nur ein unverständliches Stimmengewirr im Hintergrund hören. Auf mein „Hallo? Hallo?“ hat leider niemand reagiert. Weiss zufällig jemand, wer sich dahinter verbirgt?
