The BMW helpline is 0800 325 6000 but they dropped a zero somewhere. If you’ve recently got yourself a mini, the person who sold it to you will probably give you a ring, like what happened to me. They asked if I was happy to receive marketing stuff, which clearly meant they wanted my email or address. I said no thanks and they just ended the call.
