I find it quite frustrating that I receive calls from this number twice a day without fail. It’s disappointing, especially considering how fantastic their software is. Honestly, they could have let their product speak for itself instead of driving away current and prospective customers with these annoying tactics.

We receive calls from these folks quite frequently, and as soon as we decline their offers, they start pushing deals on us. Years ago, we did purchase some items from them for £300, and my husband was furious because quite a few of the products ended up being useless to us. In the end, we sold those off and recouped our costs, getting what we really needed instead. Now that we’ve come to recognise the number, we simply don’t answer the phone anymore, but it's becoming rather bothersome with their incessant calling.

We've been loyal clients of Serif for several years now, and while we’re mostly satisfied with their offerings, there’s an aspect we can’t quite get on board with-namely their rather aggressive sales approach. It’s rather surprising how they throw in hefty discounts on items you decide to return! Quite the peculiar tactic, if you ask me. - RW

I've lost count of how many times I've requested Serif to refrain from ringing me and to remove my number from their contact lists. Yet, astonishingly, around six months later, they begin calling me once more!

Blimey! I've been inundated with calls from these strangers! I've never even heard of them before, yet they seem to be calling me every single day. Not a chance am I answering; I don't have a clue who they are. Does anyone know how I can put a stop to this madness?

We’ve been loyal customers for quite some time now, in fact, even before the name change from Serif! We’re also registered users, subscribed to their mailing and email lists. However, the recent surge of unanswered calls we’ve been receiving has us seriously considering a new approach. Next time our phone rings and it turns out to be yet another silent call, we might just inform the caller to hang on for a bit while we enjoy some music or radio for a good half hour! It’s getting rather ridiculous, isn’t it?

A couple of years back, we purchased some software from them, and ever since, they've been hounding us with incessant calls and overly aggressive sales pitches. I've made it quite clear that we don't wish to be contacted again, but they seem to disregard my requests entirely. Just today, they’ve tried reaching us twice, following up on multiple occasions earlier as well. It's getting really tiresome; we simply end the call when they ring. Let me be clear - we have no intention of investing in any Serif software moving forward. The whole situation is beyond irritating.

Whenever my voicemail kicks in, the call just gets cut off. It was some sort of cable and hose protection service calling me.

I keep getting calls from this number that just disconnect as soon as I pick up, then they ring me again about every couple of hours. It’s more creepy than anything scary.

Can anyone shed some light on this number? They bombarded us with numerous silent calls last year, but it eventually fizzled out. Now, however, it seems they've resumed their antics. When we attempt to return the call, an automated voice announces a name that sounds somewhat like "Sera." At least they're not disturbing us at ungodly hours, but the sheer volume of calls has become quite bothersome.

I've purchased a few items from Serif, and now I've realised that these folks have been ringing us up. A big thank you to everyone for the invaluable information! Cheers to all!

When I answered, no message was left on the voicemail. They just ended the call straight away.

I've been receiving calls from these folks on a daily basis, occasionally even twice in one day. It's becoming quite bothersome, to say the least. While I did make a purchase from them a while back, I certainly did not consent to being hounded like this. It honestly feels like harassment at this point.

I keep receiving around half a dozen calls each day from the number mentioned above, yet there's been no actual communication or messages. Quite vexing, really!

I’ve come across some dodgy individuals who are definitely up to no good. They claim to be from Windows Tech, insisting that your computer has been compromised. The catch? They want you to fork out £190 for a NEW WINDOWS LICENSE, and to do this, they’re pushing you to fill in a REGISTRATION FORM that asks for the CARDHOLDER'S NAME and a plethora of other personal information. It's all a ruse! Best to steer clear of these chancers, folks. Cheers, Geoff

Got a call from Serif software recently, they were letting past customers know about new offers and updates. Quite helpful to keep in the loop, I suppose.

I've been a loyal customer of Serif for ages, but I absolutely loathe receiving calls at home. I tried hanging up the phone or acting rushed, but that didn’t seem to deter them. It was only when we finally caught on and explicitly asked to be removed from their calling list that the incessant ringing finally stopped. Perhaps giving that a go could be worthwhile?

I've been inundated with calls from this number ~ consistently checked it on your site, even with different formats. ~ Quite frankly, I'm fed up with these persistent phone calls; I have a definite preference for peace, but it seems these callers couldn't care less. Isn't it about time we raised a flag and reported them for their unlawful antics?

I recently discovered that the company in question is SERIF (EUROPE) LTD, located at PO Box 2000 in Nottingham, NG11 7GW. They seem to be ringing us as well, but I've managed to find some information about them online.

These individuals truly struggle to accept a definitive "no." It felt almost impossible to rid myself of their persistent sales team. They’re relentless, and their supervisors are inexplicably eager to sweeten the deal, even after I firmly declined. It's as if they thrive on being bothersome, and at times, a polite hang-up was the only option!

Cheers, Adam! I've been a loyal Serif user for ages, but I must admit I'm teetering on the edge of being a rather irritated one at that! BH

As a long-standing customer of Serif for quite some time, I can’t help but express my growing frustration with their incessant silent calls. They’ve become rather bothersome lately. Regrettably, this experience has led us to decide against buying any more of their products in the future.

We’ve just accessed our account with Serif and noticed that your phone number was listed as optional. Please go ahead and delete it. If you keep receiving calls after that, it’s clear that these individuals have your information stored elsewhere, not just in your account records and past interactions.

I'm in the same boat-these folks never seem to take a hint! The software itself was decent enough for what it cost, but honestly, was all this bother really worth it in the end?

We've been loyal customers of Serif for a significant amount of time and have acquired a large portion of their range. However, over the last few weeks, we've been inundated with phone calls from them. Strangely, they never leave a message. When we do answer, they relentlessly try to sell us products and simply refuse to accept a 'no' from us. It’s becoming quite bothersome, and as a result, we've decided to stop answering their calls altogether.

I'm experiencing the exact same frustrations; it's becoming utterly tiresome. I definitely won't be sharing my number with them ever again!

We've been getting calls from this company ever since we purchased some software from them a few years back. It's incredibly frustrating and downright bothersome. A reputable company wouldn’t persistently pester individuals for business; they would show a bit of courtesy instead, which is something this company seems to lack entirely.

I've been a loyal customer of Serif for quite a while now, but there was a period when I had to put an end to their incessant cold calls. Their offers turned out to be no more advantageous than simply purchasing the products online. On a couple of occasions, I received physical copies of titles that were frankly, not worth my time at all. Eventually, I managed to speak with a manager who, as a gesture of goodwill, offered me the elusive title I had been wanting-for free, I might add. That seemed to quiet things down for a spell, but then, out of the blue, the calls resumed. I firmly requested that they remove my phone number from their records, which led to a rather fiery conversation with what I suspect was a freelancer motivated by commission. It’s evident that this strategy isn't doing Serif any favours. Their attempts to upsell feel overly aggressive and far too enticing, but I've learned my lesson and won’t be swayed by such sales tactics again!

I recently made a purchase from Serif.co.uk, and to my surprise, they requested my phone number during the transaction. Not long after-within a couple of days to a fortnight-I started receiving these annoying silent calls from them. It seems the only way to stop them is to answer the phone! Each time I finally engage with them, they assure me they won’t bother me anymore, yet lo and behold, the calls keep coming. Quite frustrating, really!
