I find it quite frustrating that I receive calls from this number twice a day without fail. It’s disappointing, especially considering how fantastic their software is. Honestly, they could have let their product speak for itself instead of driving away current and prospective customers with these annoying tactics.

We receive calls from these folks quite frequently, and as soon as we decline their offers, they start pushing deals on us. Years ago, we did purchase some items from them for £300, and my husband was furious because quite a few of the products ended up being useless to us. In the end, we sold those off and recouped our costs, getting what we really needed instead. Now that we’ve come to recognise the number, we simply don’t answer the phone anymore, but it's becoming rather bothersome with their incessant calling.

We’ve been loyal customers for quite some time now, in fact, even before the name change from Serif! We’re also registered users, subscribed to their mailing and email lists. However, the recent surge of unanswered calls we’ve been receiving has us seriously considering a new approach. Next time our phone rings and it turns out to be yet another silent call, we might just inform the caller to hang on for a bit while we enjoy some music or radio for a good half hour! It’s getting rather ridiculous, isn’t it?

I've made it quite clear that we don't wish to be contacted again, but they seem to disregard my requests entirely. Can anyone shed some light on this number? They bombarded us with numerous silent calls last year, but it eventually fizzled out. Now, however, it seems they've resumed their antics. When we attempt to return the call, an automated voice announces a name that sounds somewhat like "Sera." At least they're not disturbing us at ungodly hours, but the sheer volume of calls has become quite bothersome.

I got a call from some lot claiming to be from Windows support, told me my pc had been compromised. Then they went on about needing a new Windows licence that would set me back £190. I've been a loyal customer of Serif for ages, but I absolutely loathe receiving calls at home. I tried hanging up the phone or acting rushed, but that didn’t seem to deter them. I’ve been a fan of Serif products for quite some time, but at one point they kept on ringing me up with cold calls about offers that honestly weren’t any better than just buying straight from their website. Twice I even got sent boxed versions of software that I didn’t really want or need. After a bit of hassle, I managed to speak to a manager who kindly offered me the exact program I wanted for free as a sort of goodwill gesture. The calls stopped for a few years but then out of the blue they started up again. I asked to have my phone number removed from their records, which led to a pretty tense phone call with someone I think was a commission-based freelancer. This aggressive push for sales definitely doesn’t do Serif any favours. They try to sweeten the deal with extra software, but it all feels like a hard sell, and I certainly won’t fall for those cold call tactics again!
