Das ist der T-Mobile Kundendienst. Man fragt sich wirklich, wie oft die Telekom einfach nicht die Ahnung hat, was sie da eigentlich tut. Am besten einfach den Kundenservice anrufen (kurze Nummer 2202), mit dem Automaten direkt zu einem "Kundenberater" durchstellen lassen, ordentlich schimpfen und schwupps - da ist man von der Liste der Anrufer verschwunden.

Das mit dem Auflegen ist wirklich ein technisches Ding: Da ist niemand, der persönlich die Nummer wählt, sondern alles geschieht automatisch durch einen Computer, und zwar in schier unglaublichen Mengen. Wenn du den Hörer abnimmst, wird dir ein Mitarbeiter zugeteilt. Wenn dieser aber nicht schnell genug reagiert oder gerade nicht verfügbar ist - oder wenn die ganze Bande an anderen Telefonen beschäftigt ist - landet das Ganze einfach im Nichts.

Ich wurde bereits zweimal von dieser Nummer kontaktiert. Weiss jemand, ob es ein Programm gibt, mit dem man herausfinden kann, wem diese Nummer zugeordnet ist?

In den letzten sechs bis acht Wochen erhalte ich etwa alle drei bis vier Tage einen Anruf von dieser Nummer. Ich gehe jedoch nie ans Telefon, da es wirklich lästig ist. Diese Anrufe kommen sogar auf meinem Festnetzanschluss!

Seit etwa drei Wochen ruft diese Nummer ständig auf meinem Telefon an. Immer wenn ich abhebe, höre ich nur ein ständiges Piepen.

It’s me again! 😊 I just gave them a ring. Turns out it’s a Telekon call centre. They’re all about pushing cheap SMS and MMS services, quite keen on selling, if you ask me... Apparently, when someone answers and the line drops, it’s some sort of technical glitch. How convenient! Anyway, if you've got any gripes, best to direct them to this number or to the regulatory authority instead. Cheers! 😊

Ich werde ebenfalls ständig von dieser Nummer gestört. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Lupo! Ich habe seinen Ratschlag befolgt und beim T-Com Kundenservice (Kurzwahl 2202) ordentlich Dampf gemacht. Hoffentlich hat das jetzt endlich ein Ende mit dem Ärger!

Ich habe schon wieder einen Anruf von dieser Nummer erhalten. Es war eindeutig ein Callcenter, man konnte eine Menge Stimmen im Hintergrund hören. Allerdings hat sich niemand gemeldet.

Blimey, you lot are lucky with your phone calls! I've been absolutely bombarded for the past month. Honestly, it starts around six in the morning and I’m getting rang five to ten times a day! It’s utterly ridiculous! I’ve decided to ignore them because I simply can’t tolerate the nonsense they spout. My mum thought she’d have a word with them but when she picked up, all she got was a beeping sound. It's really becoming a bit much to handle!
