O2 called me to ask about a parcel that might be connected to a scam from last week. I wasn’t sure if it was related at all. The person on the phone had an Indian accent but didn’t request any personal info. Luckily, O2 managed to stop the delivery just in time.

They always start with something like 'we understand you have' or whatever - it’s just the same boring call every time. Properly annoying.

I just got a call from a guy who sounded Asian, claiming he was ringing from O2 about some discount deal. I asked him to prove he was actually from O2, which seemed to annoy him a bit. Then he asked if I wanted the discount or not. I told him to check their system for my details instead. Oddly enough, he just ended the call right after that.
