Had a miss call from the same number without any sound. We've also recently signed up with Npower after switching providers. Quite frankly, I’m fed up with trying to persuade them to set us up on Dual Fuel like we had a couple of years back, and that’s why we opted for Scottish Power this time round. I suspect they might have another go at contacting us, and if anyone does manage to reach us, we’ll make it clear that they need to erase our details from their records. Honestly, I have no interest in dealing with a company that keeps making silent calls!

No, that was npower. I received two calls from this number and usually, I disregard 0800 numbers. For some reason, I decided to answer this time. The person on the line was rather insistent and demanded to know why we were switching from npower to a different provider. They were quite pushy about it, wanting to hear exactly why we were opting for a more economical option. It’s baffling why these folks don’t leave a message on voicemail! I also noticed there are connections to energy providers at the bottom of the page, which is a bit curious.
