Between 9:00 and 09:18 BST today, 19th June 2008, we experienced a total of 36 missed calls on my mobile and another 18 on our landline from this number. Both numbers are ex-directory, and only a few of my friends actually know they belong to me. We aren't indebted to anyone, save for our mortgage which is fully up to date. We're now reaching out to BT regarding the nuisance calls from Active Kapital, as they are proving to be rather bothersome.

I’ve been inundated with calls from these folks, yet strangely enough, they never seem to answer when I pick up. I'd recommend blocking the number-if your phone allows it, you could even divert them straight to voicemail. Alternatively, consider setting a silent ringtone for added peace. Today, they tried contacting me from a different number: 01244500606. Might as well block that one as well!

Numbers can provide a remarkable power, you see. Any place can be vulnerable if a sizable group orchestrates a simultaneous effort to breach it and focuses on the telecoms and computer systems. Just a mere couple of seconds could be enough to disrupt communications, relay the exact position, and then scatter before anyone even knows what’s happened.

I must say, these individuals are rather peculiar, to put it mildly. They're clearly trying to fish for our personal details linked to our bank accounts. When we pressed them on why we should be handing over such sensitive information, their response was nothing short of rude: "Don't waste our time, sir. I'll continue calling you whenever I please." All I can really say to these folks is: who exactly do you think you're dealing with? If the phone companies are struggling to trace your whereabouts, what makes you think a so-called "team of Russians" is going to have any better luck? It’s baffling!

This company tends to give us a bell about three to four times a day, which is rather annoying. They appear to have some details at hand but often neglect to share this information amongst themselves. If only they would take the time to actually listen to what folks are telling them, things would likely improve for everyone involved. Those silent calls are utterly pointless, and whenever I try to return the call, I’m met with a dead line. What’s going on with that?

I've received quite a few silent calls to our number. The wisest move has been to keep our number under wraps. Give them a bell yourself and witness how these folks operate. I've only played this game about thirty times today! It certainly keeps their team occupied with all those automated dead air calls. Quite amusing, really! Ha, ha!

Absolutely infuriating! These individuals ring me constantly throughout the day, at the most random hours. Whenever they ask for someone, I just say, "Not available," as I haven’t a clue who they're after. As soon as I attempt to engage, they either abruptly hang up or just keep chattering away to themselves, completely ignoring me. It’s utterly maddening!

It seems we’ve been receiving nearly three calls a day from this number, and not a single word is spoken! What on earth are they trying to accomplish? The only outcome of their antics will be us switching our phone number, I reckon! It’s quite baffling, isn’t it? If they’re indeed debt collectors and wish to have a chat with us, why on earth can’t they just speak up? I’d be willing to negotiate an arrangement if they’d just be straightforward! You’d think they’d have the decency to communicate rather than resort to these silent calls. Does anyone happen to know if there’s a way to take legal action against them for harassment?

Honestly, you’d think that the sheer number of times these folks ring people-up to sixty calls a day, mind you-would give them pause for thought. One has to wonder how much cash they're flushing down the loo on this relentless calling spree!

Our nine-year-old has been receiving some rather troubling calls from this lot, and it’s hit us quite personally. We've managed to track them down to Merchants Home on Crook Street in Chester, Cheshire, CH1 2BE. Their contact number is 0870 1609544. Is anyone up for swinging by their office in numbers? I’m even toying with the idea of purchasing shares in the company just to gain entry to their annual meeting.

It’s clear they haven't grasped that they’re dialling the wrong number, as this has been happening repeatedly. Are these individuals debt collectors working on behalf of other firms, or are they pursuing their own personal debts? One would think the appropriate route for them would be to present their claims in a court of law, rather than harass folks with these silent, anonymous calls. Should they eventually take someone to court, that person would likely have grounds for a counterclaim based on the undue stress and harassment caused by the incessant silent calls they received.

We've had an absolute deluge of over 40 missed calls in a single day! To be honest, we don't have a clue who this company is, nor do we have any outstanding debts. Our phone number was previously owned by someone else, so it’s a bit odd that we're now being bombarded with calls.
