This number keeps ringing me but when I pick up no one speaks. If I listen to the voicemail, it says they are from EE customer relations and that they’ll call me again soon. Trouble is, ‘soon’ could be any random day or time, and I never get to speak to a real person. Honestly, I’m convinced these folks aren’t really from EE at all. Using a famous company’s name like that is proper dodgy, feels like fraud to me.

Was getting calls from EE’s sales team the other day, and honestly, they were quite rude. The info they had about me was totally wrong and outdated. I’m actually with Orange, which is connected to EE, and Orange themselves once messed up my account details. That’s probably why EE have the wrong info now. What a scam! I can't believe I was daft enough to share my full name, DOB, address, email and even my landline with them. They went as far as asking for my secret question. The cherry on top was when they tried to get my bank info - absolute cheek! Got a couple of calls from this number on my phone. Picked up today and the lady, sounded like she was from EE or Orange, started on about some offers or benefits.
