10 yearsI got a call from someone who said his name was Duncan and claimed he was with the Inland Revenue. He mentioned there was a tax overpayment. The number he called from wasn’t listed anywhere, so I asked him for a callback number so I could give him the details he wanted. He gave me an 0800 number. When I rang the 0800 number, it was answered by an automated Inland Revenue message.
