I just looked them up and turns out they're called Respond. They handle the posting of prescription stuff like stoma supplies. The call I got was basically to get me started with their service, which was pretty helpful.

I wasn't able to tell which company was calling, bit all they said was that a sample I asked for got approved and they’ve set up an order. They told me the sample should arrive tomorrow, but if I end up liking it, it’s not something you get on prescription - you’ll actually have to buy it.
