They emptied £150 from my 89-year-old dad’s bank account. They first told him nothing would be taken without his permission, that they needed his info. Then they said the boiler didn’t need fixing, just a battery. But they never came back. A couple weeks later, money just vanished from his account. Really dodgy behaviour.

They asked for my card details claiming they'd fix my boiler, but after taking the money, they never showed up. Then, to make things worse, they sent me a bill anyway.
