They explained they’d had reports from a few folks nearby, so they were checking if it was a bigger problem affecting the area. The caller suggested getting a 4G or 5G router might fix the problem, but warned it could involve some charges. He said he’d be finishing his checks by the end of today and would call me back tomorrow with some advice. When I asked what kind of advice to expect, he mentioned he might point me towards a third party who could sort things out.
