Got a call from a woman claiming to be from Her Majesty’s office, saying I owed taxes and needed to sort it out ASAP. Turns out, it’s one of those notorious HMRC scam calls! These scammers, often from India, try to frighten you into thinking you’ve got unpaid tax and threaten to send the police around within the hour if you don’t hand over money on the phone. Honestly, it sounds quite terrifying if you have no clue about these scams!

I had a call from someone claiming to be Harv, wanting to chat about settling a debt. Could it possibly be something dodgy like tax evasion??? I'm feeling quite uneasy about the thought of being taken in by the authorities!
