This number just won't give up, honestly. I've gotten five calls from them already, four of which all came in just one day. It's odd because they only started calling after my hospital visit. Just got another ring in the last 10 minutes. I haven’t picked up any of their calls and even switched off my voicemail. These calls are really annoying now, almost feels like harassment. Someone needs to put an end to this, surely?

I received a call from this number yesterday, and it seemed rather peculiar, as I had only spoken to the hospital the day before. Interestingly, the same number also tried to reach me last year after I underwent a CT scan. They merely left a repetitive message, which can be quite unsettling, especially since they addressed me by my full name. It's a bit disconcerting-how on earth do they obtain such personal details?

On Saturday evening at around 18:25, I received a rather peculiar call. The voice on the other end inquired whether I recognised my name and instructed me to press '1' if I did, or '9' if I didn’t. Naturally, I opted not to engage and promptly hung up. It took ages to receive a dialling tone again, which had me a tad concerned. However, I later did a bit of sleuthing on the number and found out it’s a scam. Just in case you’re wondering, the number was 08001978618. Glad I didn’t get pulled into that!

Got a robocall speaking Welsh and it said my full name. Like others mentioned, it said if you’re the person, press 1, but I didn’t press anything because I couldn’t understand what it was saying. I was at a hospital yesterday, so maybe it was a follow-up like others have guessed, but I’m not going to press any buttons if I have no clue who it is.

I received a call from the number 08001978618, and they left a rather peculiar message. It went something like this: "If you’re the one we’re looking for, hit one; otherwise, press two. To hear this again, press nine." It just kept looping, so I decided to hang up. Oddly enough, this isn’t the first time I've had this sort of experience - it seems to occur after I've been to the hospital, and coincidentally, I was in the outpatient department yesterday. Could it possibly be a mix-up from the hospital?

Im from South Yorkshire and got a call from this number on 22 May 2024 while eating lunch. The voice was all sweet and polite, sounded like a British lady. If it wasnt just a recorded AI voice, I hope she suffers for being part of this annoying call. It mentioned my name and talked about some "important" feedback but didnt say which company it was. Then it said "press 1 if this is you". Two clear signs it was dodgy. I just ended the call.

I’ve had calls from this number a few times after NHS visits, and I thought it could be a proper feedback survey from them. But since they never said who they were, I kept hanging up until today, as I spent last night in A&E and figured it might be legit. I picked up but didn’t confirm if I was who they wanted, and they said they’d ring back tomorrow. I’ll be sure to hang up again though. Received a rather dodgy automated call this evening, where they addressed me by my full name and prompted me to hit 1 for confirmation. Naturally, I binned the call straight away. However, it’s a bit worrying, especially since this came just two days after my recent trip to the hospital. Seems awfully suspect to me!

This number keeps calling us about 4 times daily and its really getting on our nerves. My husband’s had three strokes, has epilepsy, cancer, and struggles with mental health issues. He's already dealing with treatments for all of this, but these constant calls only make things worse for us all.

Really irritating as they didn’t say who was calling at all. It just jumped straight to a robotic message saying if it’s you press 1 otherwise press 2. It instantly felt like a scam, so I just hung up. There’s way too many calls like this these days. I remember hearing about the TPS where you could put complaint numbers on a list. Honestly, if it wasn’t for my broadband, I’d bin the landline completely.

WARNING... Got loads of calls on my home phone from these lot, asking me to give feedback by pressing different numbers on the keypad. No way to make them stop with usual methods, so I just had to unplug the phone, which finally sorted it out. Pretty sketchy if you ask me.

Take caution with this number. They mentioned my name and said they had an urgent message. They instructed me to press one and two to verify my identity. It definitely strikes me as a scam.
