So I talked to them because I kept getting calls where no one was actually there on the other end. Turns out it’s something to do with their auto-dialler system. It rings the numbers automatically and links the call, but if no one is available to pick up once you answer, you basically just hear your own voice back, which is pretty funny, really - tech these days!
