I had a chat with their team regarding this issue since I've been receiving calls where there's utter silence on the other end. It turns out their automated calling system is to blame. It seems the numbers are dialled automatically and linked up, but if no one is available to respond when I pick up, I’m left having a one-sided conversation, which is rather amusing, isn't it? Ah, technology can be quite the joker sometimes!
