Got a call from a woman claiming to be with Virgin Media and offering some kind of discount. It felt off since she rang my mobile, not the Virgin landline thats part of my plan. I told her either just give me the offer now or send me all the info by email.

I just got off the phone with someone who said they were from Virgin. They asked about this contract I’d only just applied for, then told me I wasn’t eligible, which was strange cos my contract actually went through. They pushed pretty hard trying to sell me a SIM, but I stopped answering after a while.

Some bloke called himself Steven, kept ringing me like mad. I told him to stop calling as I already had like 10 calls just this hour. He started threatening he’d scam me if I didn’t listen - bit of a laugh really. I just said “yeah right” and ended the call. He's only trying to spook me but honestly, he’s not gonna pull anything.
