I had an unpleasant experience with a computer repair company that offered home service between 8 in the morning and 9 in the evening. They arrived, identified an issue that supposedly couldn't be fixed on-site, and insisted on taking my computer with them. Unfortunately, they returned it in a worse state and then attempted to bill me for repairs they didn't actually complete. To make matters worse, they later misplaced my device. When I tried to follow up, they were either unhelpful, downright rude on the phone, or wouldn't respond at all. In the end, I was left without my computer! The caller ID read CLICK COMPUTER REPAIRS.
