For the past three months, my bills have been hit with an extra £9, and it’s been a nightmare trying to sort it out. This company has been absolutely useless, never helpful at all. I've never agreed to any of this, yet 3 have gone ahead anyway. Really awful experience.

I got messages from the number 64640 telling me to call 01225945882 about a refund. They promised to ring me back within 2 working days to sort it out, so I’m just waiting now. Hopefully it all goes through alright. Just thought I’d share in case it’s useful to someone else.

Got a random text from 82450 claiming I had called some premium number 08001577502 77272? and that £3.75 was charged. O2 are looking into it, but no idea how they even got my digits. Proper rubbish scam, I mean it’s just £3.75 but stuff like this shouldnt be allowed to happen at all.

Got a message from 81777 and it cost me £3.75 just to get it. I reported it to spar but they just said call 08001577502 for a refund. I tried calling O2 but they refuse to help me out. Proper frustrating!

Got a text out of nowhere and now they've taken £3.75 from me. Didn't sign up for any of this!

Got a couple of texts saying I was signed up for messages costing £4.50 each - got billed twice for that. Sent a stop reply and then got yet another message from a different number, same sort of thing, and got charged once more. Turns out both numbers belong to the same firm. Now my bill’s gone up by £13.50!

Got this message saying "freemsg-you've joined comp house competition for £4.50 monthly until you text stop to 82225. support pro money help? 080015775027 t&c{#](#]/2nv9gaf". Total scam, imo. It popped up on a PAYG SIM that’s never had credit and hasn’t sent a single call or text in years. Weird and dodgy if you ask me.

I am being deceived into paying £4.50 every month, despite never having signed up for a computer house service.

I got a call from this number saying I’m signed up for some contest and that they’ll be taking money every month. Honestly, I’ve got no idea who they are or how they even got hold of my phone number.

It seems that I have unknowingly subscribed to a competition offered by Comp House and charged £4.50 per month! I have no recollection of subscribing to this service and need assistance in canceling it. What steps can I take to stop this unauthorized subscription?

EE offers a convenient feature called Text BAR that allows you to block all third-party premium rate services from your mobile phone. By texting BAR to 150, you can easily activate this service and enjoy added control over the types of services you receive on your phone.

I have been consistently billed £3.75 each week starting from October 2nd, and unfortunately, I'm unable to alter this situation. I attempted to contact the helpline at 08001577502, but received an automated message indicating that there were no representatives currently available to assist me.

I have been charged £3.75 on nine occasions over the past nine weeks for calls made every Sunday. I contacted my mobile network provider and they assured me that they have taken steps to block these charges. However, I will be closely monitoring my phone bill to ensure that no additional unauthorized charges occur.

I am currently being billed £4.50 on a weekly basis. I have taken the step to text STOP to 82450. Now, I need to wait and see what happens next. Vodafone provided me with the number 08001577502, but I am hesitant to call it after reading negative feedback from other users on this platform.

I have been receiving expensive messages from the number 88881 and have attempted to unsubscribe without success. It costs £3 per week!

This number is a complete waste of time. I've been unsuccessful at reaching them, and they keep deducting £4.50 from my account each month. I'm with the network 3, and they advised me to send the message "STOP," but unfortunately, this hasn't put an end to the charges. It's becoming increasingly difficult for me to sustain these monthly payments for a service I have no knowledge of nor have ever requested.

I currently possess an iPad and have been repeatedly billed for an unknown service, amounting to a total of £60 over the course of eight months. I have reached out to three different sources who have stated that they are unable to assist me. Is there anyone who can offer any help or guidance in this matter?

Similar to others, I have also been burdened with a £16.49 charge as a result of receiving text messages from these individuals throughout the month. I decided to call the number provided by O2, which is 08001577502. Surprisingly, when I made the call, I was immediately directed to a recorded message informing me that no one is currently available to take my call. In an attempt to resolve this issue, I followed the advice provided by others and sent a text message with the word 'STOP' to the number mentioned earlier. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response. Given that I am already struggling to meet my regular network charge, an additional financial load of this magnitude is simply unaffordable. It is imperative that these individuals are ceased from their activities as soon as possible!

I discovered yesterday that this company has been charging me for approximately 6 months. When I called the number 0800 1577502. However, all I found was an automated message every time. It seems unlikely that I will receive a refund.

Starting from the 20th of December 2015, I have been consistently charged £3 every Sunday morning from a text received from the number 8881. The charges occur between 03:00 and 05:00, but I have no idea what they are for. I attempted to contact the number that was recommended to me by my advisor at '3', but unfortunately, nobody answered my call. As an unemployed individual, I heavily rely on every penny and cannot afford to lose £12 each month to these fraudulent individuals!

Virgin Media provided me with this number after I received a fraudulent text that charged me £4.50. I have reported the incident to Ofcom, although I doubt much will come of it. How are the authorities taking action against these offenders?

I have encountered a similar situation for the second time now, where I have been charged £14.00 for services without any prior notification on my phone. O2 suggested texting "stop" to 80333, resulting in an additional charge of £10. How can we take necessary actions to prevent these individuals from engaging in such activities?

All sorted with Vodafone. I was advised to send a text to 80333 and text STOP. Received a message saying that I have successfully unsubscribed from cellso-babes.com. Never even signed up for them in the first place. No clue who they are. Most likely obtained my number from a third party source.

Back in November 2015, my EE bill showed a £10 charge for texts from other firms - I got four of them. After looking into it, I figured out it was a scam connected to Veoo Ltd, where they tried to say there was an issue with my computer. I just deleted the messages without replying, and I also cut off any calls like that straight away. After chatting online with EE about this, they agreed to give me back the £10.

I have been charged £3 for every SMS that I am supposedly receiving. I am unsure about the origin of these messages. Vodafone informed me that the company behind it is mGage and advised me to call 08001577502, but all I hear when I call is recorded music, with no option to leave a message. This could end up costing me a lot of money.

Unfortunately, I haven't found a solution to this issue yet.

I hope the revised version meets your expectations.
