Received a text saying my account was locked and to ring 0800 151 3151. Checked the app right away and everything seemed fine, I could still get in. Feels like it might be a scam to me.

This number is 100% a scam. I got caught out just before Christmas, the person on the phone claimed it was a legitimate call because they were using one of SANTANDER’S numbers. I kept listening since when I tried ringing Santander myself, it took ages to get through. So since they used a "Santander number" and even gave me my passcode, I thought it was legit. Turns out it was a total scam. The number 08003090755 rang me three times and left a message asking me to call 0800151351. This morning I rang the number they gave me - not the one on my card - just to check. *****

Got a letter from Santander fraud team sayin their probe into some fraud we'd supposedly reported is done. They claim they tried contactin us and want us to call back the number given.
