They demand payment upfront, but then absolutely no one arrives. When I attempted to follow up, the response was a farcical act - they claimed to be plumbers and insisted I must have dialled incorrectly, or they simply left me hanging on the line for ages. It’s beyond frustrating, and to add insult to injury, I’ve involved my bank in the matter. Quite the shady operation!3 yearsTotal rip off.
