I just had a rather peculiar phone call from this number. The voice was so robotic it was hard to take seriously! They claimed to be making a courtesy call on behalf of Age UK and mentioned a particular individual in my home they wanted to speak to. When I mentioned that this person wasn't around, they quickly said there was no need for any further action. I've got caller ID set up, so I tend to ignore any 0800 numbers anyway.
