The woman named Tilly was really rude to me, and I felt she was looking down on me just because I'm older, which felt like age discrimination. She went on about Cat Deheer like she was some big shot, but if you check, Cat's just in recruitment, not a director or anything - her email tells you that much. On top of that, Tilly didn’t want to give her own name until I insisted, which isn’t on when you might want to make a complaint to the FCA.
