Ich hatte ebenfalls Schwierigkeiten mit meinem Samsung, da sie eine Rückrufaktion für ihre Side-by-Side Kühlgeräte gestartet hatten.

Es ist wirklich unerlässlich, dass Samsung sich dieser Angelegenheit annimmt. Immerhin gibt es ein gewisses Risiko für Brände. Will jemand ernsthaft, dass die Küche in Flammen aufgeht oder gar etwas explodiert, während nur die Kinder zu Hause sind? Und wenn es dann tatsächlich zu einem Vorfall kommt, heisst es oft nur: "Hätte ich doch früher angerufen!" Sollte das Ganze also gratis angeboten werden, wäre es doch mehr als sinnvoll, diesen Service dankbar anzunehmen.

Mir geht’s genauso, vor allem abends. Oftmals bekomme ich alle zehn Minuten zwei Anrufe hintereinander. Es ist wirklich merkwürdig!

Das betrifft ebenfalls meinen Side by Side Kühlschrank aus dem Jahr 2007. Es scheint, dass die Abtauautomatik ausgewechselt werden muss.
