7 monthsGot a message from 62345 asking me to ring an 0800 number, claiming it was from Coinbase about a new gmail being linked to my account. It seemed legit at first, so I phoned them up. A bloke with a British accent answered, but luckily I recalled halfway through the chat that I don't even use Coinbase. I quickly hung up. Definitely dodgy, I'd say it's a scam.7 yearsI never made any calls from my phone, but somehow my Visa card got charged. Seems like hackers found a way to use my number without me knowing.7 yearsI got a call from someone claiming to be John West at ‘Samsung Care’. They asked me to pay £15.72 for a phone delivery fee first. Once you do that, they’ve got all your info. It looked really official cos it came as a push notification, not some dodgy pop-up. But it ended up being a rip-off, charging £15 each week just to be in some raffle.
