I've received a few texts on my phone urging me to ring up Link using the number given, along with a reference number. I had a hunch it had something to do with a financial outfit-let's be honest, who else reaches out like that? Despite my suspicions, I couldn't quite pin down who they actually were or what they were offering. A comment I saw here was rather insightful, and I’d strongly advise against reaching out to them unless you've made the first move. Better safe than sorry!

In March, I got a letter that listed this number as a contact point. It seems to be associated with LINK Financial, a company that buys debts from other firms. However, I'm still trying to verify whether this number truly belongs to them, as their website doesn't display the contact number anywhere.
