This number has been persistently bothering me almost every day between 4:45 and 5:15 in the afternoon. I previously left a negative review as I felt thoroughly let down by o2. I received a new phone, which boasted online features, and eagerly unwrapped it at home. After that, I started downloading updates and applications, as I had specifically arranged a tariff with unlimited data. Instead, I found myself slapped with a whopping £80 in connection costs for downloads. Apparently, there was a 24-hour waiting period that no one bothered to inform me about. Well done, o2-your customer service is truly top-notch!

Ich erhalte ebenfalls ständig Anrufe von dieser Nummer. Doch sobald ich abhebe, lege sie einfach auf.

Oh, without a doubt, it's O2. If someone's had enough of those calls, they can easily put a stop to them by giving the customer service a bell and having their number removed from the marketing list.

Ich hatte heute und gestern das gleiche Erlebnis. Die Anrufe wurden sofort beendet. Als ich dann versuchte zurückzurufen, landete ich bei einer O2-„Mailbox“, die mir mitteilte, dass ich ausserhalb der Servicezeiten anrufe. Übrigens bin ich O2-Kunde und die Anrufe kamen direkt auf mein Handy.

Ich habe abgehoben :) Neulich hatte ich an einer Online-Umfrage für o2 teilgenommen und mein Feedback war nicht gerade hervorragend. Ich kann mich nicht mehr genau an die Punkte erinnern, die ich genannt habe, aber ich war alles andere als zufrieden. Die Dame am anderen Ende der Leitung hat dann gefragt, was denn genau mein Anliegen gewesen sei.

Ich habe in letzter Zeit ebenfalls einige dieser nervigen Anrufe erhalten. Hier ist ein nützlicher Ratschlag für euch! Versucht mal, das Kundenservice-Team von O2 zu kontaktieren und erklärt ihnen, dass ihr keine Lust mehr auf solche Anrufe habt. Das könnte euch helfen!

Hello there! I received a call from this number today as well, but sadly I picked up too late. I also took part in a survey about my level of satisfaction with the O2 service. To top it off, I sent a text to the number 79345, which was supposedly free of charge. And wouldn't you know it, it appeared on my bill as follows: Service/Provider* Amount: text to 79345/O2 Germany £0.00.

Indeed, I received a call from that number, which appears to belong to O2. They were reaching out regarding a survey. Prior to that, I had received a text, inviting me to respond for free in order to share my feedback. However, I’ve just noticed on my bill that this text message to the short code 71222 has been charged as a premium message. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Diese Anrufe stammen mit Sicherheit von o2, denn sie rufen ständig an, während ich bei der Arbeit bin und nie zu den Zeiten, die ich ihnen vorgeschlagen habe. Ob es jetzt tatsächlich o2 selbst ist oder doch nur Werbung für Alice, kann ich euch leider nicht mit Gewissheit sagen.

Das ist nicht korrekt. Seit über einem Jahr können auch die Online-Kunden die Hotline gebührenfrei kontaktieren!

Es könnte vielleicht sinnvoll sein, darauf hinzuweisen, dass man als Online-Kunde nicht stets eine kostenfreie Hotline für den Kundenservice zur Verfügung hat. Daher wäre es ratsam, dies im Vorfeld kurz zu überprüfen, um nicht aufgrund einer Kleinigkeit von 12 Cent ein teures Telefongespräch von 1,80 Euro (oder wie viel es auch immer kosten mag) zu riskieren! Ich bin ebenfalls bei O2 und seit einigen Tagen erhalte ich Anrufe von dieser Nummer. Bisher hatte ich jedoch noch nicht die Gelegenheit, abzuheben, und auch nicht darangeschaltet, um zurückzurufen.
