I got a call from a number saying it was O2, but the number didn’t match any official O2 customer service lines I know of. Heard they’re having quite a few scam calls going around lately, so I’d steer clear of that number just to be safe.

Definitely a scam, best just to ignore and not pick up.

I felt the same way; it seemed a bit far-fetched, so I decided against proceeding with the call.

I received an identical message from them, and when I mentioned that I’d be contacting O2 to verify their claims, they simply silenced me and went on to repeat what they’d said before. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

I received a call from someone purporting to be with EE, supposedly checking in on my signal quality. I informed them that I’m actually with O2 and expressed my suspicion that it was a scam. Curiously, I then asked them what colour their underwear was, and surprisingly, they hung up on me! Can you believe it?
