This number is from Vodafone. I phoned back after they called me, and all I got was a voicemail from Vodafone explaining it was just a courtesy call and there was no need to ring them again. Hope this info is useful!

Got a call, answered with a quick hello, then they just cut off after around 10 seconds.
There was noise in the background, sounded like a busy office or some sort of call centre.
