I kept telling him to take us off their contact list but he kept going on about some TCR assessment we supposedly haven’t done yet, so they couldn’t remove us. He started the call by claiming they’d already rang us several times before. When I mentioned I’d report them to the TPS, he suddenly changed his story, saying this was their first call to us.
